1. General Provisions

baji 399 is an online gaming and sports betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. In this document, "platform", "site" or "we" refers to baji 399 and all services under it. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who accesses the site, creates an account, or uses the services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and baji 399. 2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account at baji 399, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited on this platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and provide accurate, verifiable information at the time of registration.
• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
• The name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth provided during registration must be accurate.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

baji 399 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and address at any time. For this purpose, a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate may be requested. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

If registration is completed with false information, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Keep your username and password strictly confidential and do not share them with anyone.

• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact customer support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, log out after every session.
• baji 399 will not be held responsible for any misuse of your account by a third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods are available for deposits and withdrawals at baji 399: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (via any method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the required wagering conditions must be met (see Section 5).
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

New members at baji 399 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Example

Say you deposit ৳1,000 — your bonus will be ৳1,500 and your total balance will be ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

Alternatively, a deposit of ৳20,200 will add a ৳15,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳35,200. The wagering requirement in this case is ৳15,000 × 20 = ৳3,00,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — they are added as bonus balance.
• A bonus applies to one account, one device, and one payment method only.
• The terms of each promotional offer will be stated separately in the offer details.
• baji 399 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant bonus may be forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

The baji 399 platform offers slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, cricket betting, football betting, and other gaming services. Each game is operated according to its own rules.

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps results completely unbiased.
• Betting results are final — in the event of a technical error, the bet may be considered void.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or incomplete, the applicable policy for the relevant bet will be followed.
• In live casino games, if a connection is lost, the result of any card hand or roulette spin that has already been determined will be considered final.

6.1 Multi Bet

A multi bet combines multiple selections into one bet, and if all selections are correct, the payout is at the combined odds. If any one selection in a multi bet is incorrect, the entire bet is lost.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji 399, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Any attempt at money laundering or handling illegal funds.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or similar technology to place bets or play games.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Attempting to access another user's account or hacking.
• Manipulating the platform's systems or exploiting any technical vulnerability.
• Opening an account for a minor or placing bets on their behalf.
• Using the platform to finance terrorism or any other illegal activity.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

baji 399 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to cooperate.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

You may also request closure of your account at any time through customer support. If you voluntarily close your account, any valid balance will be returned, but bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

If any reward is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, baji 399 reserves the right to cancel that reward.

12. Changes to Terms
